Technical Skills (Required)

Product Skills
IT Skills
   An understand of MS/OS, Server 2003 and above, ISS,  .net
   Have an appreciation of SQL Server, Oracle
   Knowledge of visual basic

Other Skills

Good knowledge of Post-Sale Implementation.

Previous knowledge of PDM systems is essential.

Good customer interaction and team building skills.

CATIA V5 - Application Engineer:

 

Job Responsibilities

• Assist engineering groups on the development of process and methodologies for CATIA V5.

• Resolve day to day issues for engineers and designers related to CATIA V5.
• Develop focused training methods for the design of specific automotive components (i.e. Injection Molding, Stampings, Castings, Forging, etc)
• Promote and describe key aspects of the applicable processes and methodologies to key designers and engineers.

Skills Requirements:

• Some knowledge of CATIA V5 or similar CAD/CAM package.
• Background in CNC programming.
• Good customer interaction and team building skills.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years minimum experience applying CAD tools and methodologies.
