The CDC team is on top form and enjoying every moment of it. CDC achieved record sales for the first half of the year and in fact met its target for the sixth consecutive quarter - as a result of which IBM decided to reward them by inviting the whole team to an evening of African Cuisine at the popular Afrodiziac Restaurant in Linksfield.

CDC does indeed have a lot to celebrate. In July this year the company celebrated its tenth birthday, which represents the accomplishment of having supplied and supported CATIA software to SA industry for over a decade. And on top of all that, having just completed a successful seminar in Rosslyn, everyone felt they deserved to celebrate all three occasions in style.

The evening was hosted by Nigel Noble, IBM’s territory manager, and happily attended by Igal Filipovski (managing director of CDC), along with the CDC team and their respective partners. It was regrettable that our IBM partners in the UK, Mike Kuklenko and Barry McCullan, could not join us for the occasion, however everyone there thoroughly enjoyed a memorable evening at a wonderful venue. Highlights of the evening included the African dancing, the smoked crocodile and roasted springbok!

CDC is confident it can handle the challenges that lie before them, and together with its customer’s continued support, hopes to continue aiming for and reaching ever-higher levels of excellence.
